A third person charged in the 2016 death of Longview businessman Ron Horaney is the half-brother of the man suspected of pulling the trigger.
This past week, investigators arrested Alfredo Lizcano, 38, of Dallas, and Reza Kamali, 87, of Longview, on charges of murdering Horaney on Memorial Day in 2016.
