I am very happy and excited to announce that today is my first day at Skillshare as the Senior Director of People and Culture! Skillshare is an incredible online learning community with thousands of classes for creative and curious people, on topics including illustration, design, photography, video, freelancing, and more.I feel so grateful to be working alongside my former EMC and Pivotal colleague, Lauren Tropeano! While I am grateful for this opportunity, I also recognize there are so many who are struggling given the current market. My heart goes out to all directly and indirectly impacted, and I am here as an advocate and support system as you too enter the next chapter of your career.

Waking up on this Monday morning, it’s strange to not be heading off into work. Starting into this new year, I have made the difficult decision to leave Workday and join an exciting, mission driven start-up (more to come!). Friday was my last day with Workday, my professional home for the past nearly three years. I have had so many incredible memories with some great Workmates during my time with Workday. Together, we were able to build some great things, while helping to influence innovation across the HR strategic landscape. I’m so grateful for my time at Workday and the many opportunities given to me! The one thing I’ve learned while turning the page to a new chapter is that our stories become interwoven from here forward. Workday (and all of the incredible people within), thank you for being such an important part of my journey!
