Hey guys my name is Jay, and I so excited for you guys to check out this collaboration I’ve done with Vita Supplements. I’ve put a lot of effort to incorporate the key ingredients I believe to be crucial to a healthy mind, all while not compromising the taste and flavor of the meals.

After 8 different drafts, going back and forth with the Vita Supplements team, and hours of filming. I’ve put together what I believe to be the best health conscious cookbook out there.

As a certified personal trainer, this book is now a staple of all my coaching programs. I always say “The best diet is the one you can stick to.” Not only have my clients used these recipes to gain muscle and lose weight – but they genuinely feel better emotionally and physically.
